"One" stone-ground rice rolls
Rice rolls began in the Tang Dynasty and originated from Luoding. Hekou rice rolls are a type of Luoding rolls. Hekou rice rolls is a name for rice rolls made by residents of Yunfu Hekou Street (originally Yunfu Hekou Town) in Guangdong.
During the Qianlong period, when Emperor Qianlong traveled to the south of the Yangtze River, he was bewitched by Ji Xiaolan, the minister of food, and specially abducted to Luodingzhou to eat Longkan Ci. When he ate this "cool, tender, and slippery" Longkan Ci, Qianlong was full of praise and said, "This Ci is not considered Ci, but rather like pig intestines. Why don't we call it rice rolls?" . Later, when he returned to the capital, he was still obsessed with Luo Ding's rice rolls, and the rice rolls became popular in Guangdong, and more and more rice roll shops opened.
"One" is hoping to give diners a taste of the earliest taste.
